Mr. Joseph GANA ZANYINE holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations with a specialization in International Commercial Relations from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) and is also a graduate of the National School of Administration and Magistracy ENAM, where he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Financial Management with a specialization in Taxation. He is a seasoned Public Finance and Tax Administrator. He is one of the few Senior Inspectors of Superscale Taxes (Hors Echelle) in the Directorate General of Taxation as of now. Having served as Provincial and Regional Head of the Tax Administration and National Coordinator of Revenue Enhancement Program, Mr. GANA currently serves as one of the Directors (Commissioner) in the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Cameroon He is also a resource person on matters of public finance in general and taxation in particular for several international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF), and the African Development Bank (ADB), where he specializes in matters of tax policy and administration. He also takes interest and researches issues of development finance and financing for development.
