RWASJ Marks Menstrual Hygiene Day at St. Joseph School, Bamenda.
In commemoration of Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025, RWASJ took action where it matters most—among young girls stepping into womanhood. At St. Joseph Nursery and Primary School in Bamenda, our team conducted engaging sensitization talks with Primary 5 and 6 pupils. We opened up safe, respectful discussions about menstruation—breaking the silence and stigma. Girls were taught practical tips on managing their periods with dignity, while the school received sanitary pads and trash bags to promote a clean and supportive environment for menstrual care. This is just one of the many steps RWASJ is taking to ensure no girl is left behind because of her period.
